Terms and Conditions of Salvation Pharmacy

1. Pharmacy Licensing and Compliance
– Salvation Pharmacy is registered and regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) to operate as a pharmacy in the United Kingdom.
– Salvation Pharmacy agrees to comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of prescription medications and other pharmaceutical products, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
– Salvation Pharmacy maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by UK law.

2. Prescription Requirements
– Salvation Pharmacy will only dispense prescriptions written by healthcare professionals authorized to prescribe medicines in the UK, such as doctors, dentists, and independent nurse prescribers.
– Prescriptions must meet the legal requirements for England, including the patient’s name, address, date of birth, the prescriber’s details, the name and strength of the medicine, and instructions for use.
– Salvation Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse to dispense any prescription that appears to be inappropriate, unsafe, or potentially fraudulent.

3. Patient Privacy and Confidentiality
– Salvation Pharmacy will handle all patient information in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
– Patient records and prescription information will only be accessed and shared on a need-to-know basis to provide care, and with the patient’s consent.

4. Refund and Return Policies
– Salvation Pharmacy will accept returns of unused, unopened prescription medications in certain circumstances, such as medication errors or discontinued prescriptions, in line with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
– For non-prescription products, Salvation Pharmacy will offer refunds or exchanges within a 14-day period, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
– Salvation Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in certain cases.

5. Limitations of Liability
– Salvation Pharmacy disclaims liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may result from the use of medications or products purchased from the pharmacy, except in cases of negligence or breach of duty.
– Customers agree to hold Salvation Pharmacy harmless for any adverse outcomes related to the use of dispensed medications, except in cases of negligence or breach of duty.

6. Miscellaneous Provisions
– Salvation Pharmacy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, in accordance with UK law.
– Customers agree to these terms and conditions by using Salvation Pharmacy’s services or making purchases.
